With its multiple and diversified applications, prefabrication plays since long a crucial role in modern industrialization.
In the light of this more and more urging need, our company worked out and developed technologies, methods and systems capable of meeting these requirements, working out constantly new solutions that keep widening the range of the application fields while optimising their individual peculiarities.

Each cabin module, shelter, module, facility or container manufactured by our Group comes always from the study of the implementation data: expected use, destination climatic zone, handling possibility, atmospheric aggressiveness and its classification, if any; carrying capacities and mechanical strength necessary and/or required; various details that identify the product and make it capable of fully meeting the expected needs.

The manufacturing project is the result of these analyses and not merely an adaptation, generally insufficient, of similar structures previously realized for other purposes. Special care is paid to basic aspects like material selection, processing and finishing, which are constantly monitored and controlled throughout all production stages.

NEW HOUSE S.p.A., engineering section, is backed by other Group members, operative in the field of chemistry and precision mechanics, whose cooperation further add to product improvement through additional technologies, otherwise unavailable on the market.
